Players training with Neal receive focused guidance around mechanics, command, throwing efficiency, preparation, and long-term performance development. The Chicago program is designed for athletes who want a structured training environment and clear coaching feedback throughout the year.
Facility
Premier Pitching Chicago operates out of Slammers Baseball Academy in Lake Forest, Illinois. The facility provides a dedicated indoor baseball training environment designed for year-round player development, with open turf space, netted training areas, throwing lanes, batting tunnels, and room for structured drill work.
The training environment gives pitchers the space and consistency needed for focused instruction, throwing work, movement preparation, and repeatable skill development. Athletes can train in a controlled indoor setting with direct coach feedback and a clear development plan.
